EU Copyright Directive
Articles 11 & 13, parts of the EU Copyright Directive, may soon be passed, limiting your freedoms to share links and content not wholly owned by you, potentially decimating the internet in Europe as we know it. A protest to demand the freedoms of European citizens be upheld is our final hope. With your help, we can show the EU that the will of the people will not be denied, that their voices will not be censored, and that it is people, every day, salt of the earth people, who own the internet, not governments, multinational bodies, or corporations. The links below direct to information about the protest organised by the Liberalist International Association in Brussels. You can donate to an Indiegogo fund or, maybe more importantly, you can share around the links and retweet the original LIA tweet using #TakeBackTheNet to spread the message.
